The experience was all very good (everyone was reassuring and helpful) with the exception of the wait times. First in the 2nd floor waiting area and again in the 3rd floor surgical waiting area. My husband and I checked in and waited over an hour before being sent to the surgical waiting area. Then waited another very long time. The procedure prep, procedure and recovery were efficient. The long waits just made both of us very anxious. Is there a way to have patients and their drivers have shorter wait times? My follow up appointment was great. We arrived early and I was finished and leaving the building at the actual appointment time. Maybe due to being scheduled early morning.

Did an amazing job talking me through the procedure. Was in and out in 15 mimutes or less and he explained post op care very clearly in a way i could understand.

As a surgeon with extensive outpatient surgical experience the entire encounter was amazing - the care, efficiency, and concern, including Dr.Ferguson and his special attention to all the details!
