Awful. Arrived early to fill paperwork. Left in exam room. Hour past scheduled appointment, assistant says he’ll be another hour late. Wait another hour. Told he’ll be ANOTHER hour late. Arrogant and incompetent.

His time is much more important than yours! I arrived 30 minutes early, as requested, to fill out paperwork. Then, 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment start time, an assistant tells me he'll be an hour late. Then an hour later, she tells me he will be another hour. No explanation. I lost a day of work and never received treatment. Arrogant and incompetent. I won't be going back.

Wasn't in a hurry like most and explains everything,he done a cystoscope on me i was scared to death but he put me to sleep and it was painless,and i didn't have blood in my urine like a friend told me i would,just stings a little when i urinate.i would recommend him to anyone needing to see a urologist..Great person and good Dr.
