I just have one question. Why are you even open if you cant take walk-in???? Lol this place is a joke. You cant go in if you have a fever or a cough. Its posted on the front door. Staff is unfriendly.

The first time I went here was over three years ago. I told them the problem and they checked me for many many problems only to tell me that I was right the whole time. They also told me my insurance was going to cover all the unnecessary tests they ran which it did not cover them I then was billed for $800+ that then got sent into collections. I have no clue how to get in touch with collections. So that negatively impacted my credit score. And today I called to see if I could take my daughter as a walk in I was told yes as long as I get there before 4:15pm I got there at 4:05 they proceeded to tell me they can’t see her that they are full for the day. Walk-in’s have to have an appointment. Complete waist of time and gas.. I’d give zero stars if it was a option and I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone and I’ll never go back.

Absolutely horrible experience here. Instructed to come to walk in clinic for ear infection. Present to walk in clinic and subsequently told only telehealth. I advised that I would need to have my ear physically examined which led to instruction to do telehealth, then the staff could determine whether to have me come in to look at my ear. Abysmal waste of time

This is a great place people are friendly 😀. I just have a couple complaints. 1. When you call expect to be on hold a while, I mean a while. 2. I've had to inform the staff multiple times regarding the main contact number for for my child. Other than that like I said this is a great place and I really like my dr. Very thourgh.
