I have been battling a 3 month infection. Was on a PIC line for IV antibiotics for several weeks. My PIC line was removed I was supposed to go on oral antibiotics. I went to the practice 3 days before that and they were to be ordered at that time. They were not, and although the practitioner was called to remove the PIC line and she relayed to start oral antibiotics, none were ordered. I called and there was no obvious way to talk to a person on the phone system. I left 3 messages and even had the pharmacy contact them. I feel like I just fell through the cracks and they were very aloof.
