I just had the worst experience with pediatrics. TWO hour doctor appointment. 2 hours in a room with 2 kids, with a resident physician and then 1.5hour later the actual physician coming in to keep telling me also, to not let my child drink fruit juice. Who felt the need to mention she's a parent as well, like that should be the reason I should parent like her. Every issue was linked to fruit juice. Total disregard for what I actually came for (vaccination, that was done right before the 2 hour mark), as well as listening to me as if I'm not the parent. To push a certain motive. They wanted to talk about my child drinking fruit juice and weight loss. Y'all she just turned 5. Then for my one year old, come in with 4 vaccinations (thought we were doing 3). On top of drawing blood...which they didn't even mention was happening! I opted out of the blood draw and left. Not once did they mentioned the appointment would be longer than usual, or ask if we needed anything, not a toy..or anything. Just left us in a room and came back as they pleased. I'm never bringing my family back there.

Ive been there no less than 5 times, and every time the process was great. I may have had to wait a bit a time or 2, but that doesn't bother me, as that could mean the Drs are really listening to the patient, and may take up more time. I know I write things down before I even go there, sometimes 4 pages orth, front and back, and grill them as much as possible, and they are always nice, and have answered everything Ive asked.They also like it when I give them a detailed account of my previous procedures, as I am thorough on my personal evaluation on paper.Ive also been battling my Ilio-Inguinal Entrapment for 30 years, and they were the 1st to listen to me as I suggested this to be what I have, and after testing, they agreed, when at least 5 other Drs didn't listen.

The staff here is rude and condescending. I am sitting in the lobby right now and I just saw then berate two patients for being less than 10 minutes late....they made these patients feel very small.
