Dr Franklin was awesome. He connected with my 4 year old and kept her at ease. The first “doctor” I met was awful though. Fernando? Ricardo? Not sure of his name but my daughter is TERRIFIED of returning to eye doctor now, let alone using her prescription drops. Terrible bedside manner and should NOT work with children. Will be finding more child-appropriate eye doctor next time. Not returning to UK Eye

My regular eye Dr sent me here for a certain test to be done. They did not run the test but did their own eye exam. Proceeded to then tell me nothing was wrong with my eyes and that I needed to switch contacts. Then said if that didn't work, I could come back. I will not be back. I will drive to Cincinnati or Nashville. Go there at your own risk. I regret not stopping the eye exam and demanding the test.

I had cataract surgery by Dr. Conklin with excellent results. No problems whatsoever. Same for return visits ( after surgery checks). Everyone was polite and professional. No excessive wait times or anything. Everything went without any issue. I would recommend them.

They get in no hurry with your appointment or contacting you regarding your concerns. They also lost my sons labs. 🤦🏻♀️

At this point if I could give 0 stars I would. We drove 1.5 hours to the ER for what we were told would be emergency surgery by the Chief of Surgery. We get here and are seen by a resident who then has to have a fellowship review what he looks at. Who then has to call and talk to someone else… it’s just a big run around. After torturing my kid for hours they send us home to come back at 8am even though this is an emergency issue and affecting the only eye he has vision in. We arrive at 7:40 in the parking garage and get a call that they pushed him to 10am. I inform them that we are here and he asks if there’s anything else he can do. Again, the resident has to do the dirty work.We have yet to see an actual doctor or surgeon so I can’t even rate their work. Beyond mad would be an understatement.

My daughter has doctor M. Bradley. She is the best, absolutely wonderful. But I get so annoyed when I have to sit for at least two if not three hours everytime I come in here. They always overbook but today the had a cancelation so I thought just maybe it would go quicker this time.......NOT.
