Dr. Zook is the best dr i've ever had. She always listens to my concerns and pushes me to be better. I've been seeing her for 3+ years now and she has never let me down. She is respectful & very smart. She always moves mountains for me.

I am his sister Devona Ellison. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS OFFICE I LOVED THE STAFF HAD VERY FEW PROBLEMS WITH JUST TWO OF THEM I LIVED ZOOK AN YHE COUSLERS . UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO LEAVE LONDON I MISS THEM SO BAD .HOPEFULLY ON3 OG THESE DAY I GET TO COME BACK. I LOVE THE HOSPITALITY THE NURSE HAD EVERY VISIT I HAD .KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !! I've been with Dr. Melissa Zook for over 6 years. I doubt I would have made it without her support. I gave up on myself, but she encouraged me to push through and gave me the tools I needed to make significant changes in my life. While under her care I became a supervisor working with developmentally disabled individuals. She has encouraged me to go back to school and helped me get into a program that I wouldn't have known about if not for her. Not many doctors are willing to go that extra mile, but she has always went above and beyond. There's no words that could Express what Dr Melissa Zook has done for me and how she has changed my life.

Dr. Zook is the best doctor I’ve ever had , the previous commenter obviously did something against the rules bc Zook is NOT rude , she’s the most relatable Dr. I have ever met , probably the only one that has ever made me feel like an actual person & not defined as just an addict - she has a waiting list ( I’m on it now ) but having her as your Dr is definitely worth waiting for . I can’t remember the girls name that schedules for her but she’s extremely nice & professional as well , I’ve lived in several other states and been to a few other clinics but as far as I’m concerned this one is the best and also you won’t find yourself spending the entire day there like you do a lot of other places !

She is rude and has a terrible bed side manner. I won't ever go back to her...there is alot of better Drs out there.

Dr. Zook is very smart and has a great bedside manner. She really cares about her patients and does research to really help them. I owe Dr. Zook a lot for helping get me life back. She is also very professional. You can tell just by talking to her that she’s smart and she’s gonna help you all she can and she does. Thank you Dr Zook!!!

Dr Zook can be very mean when she wants too. Just don’t make her mad!!

I have been seeing Dr Zook for a few years now & she is compassionate, caring, & very personable! She is firm in dealing with you & not afraid to give it to you bluntly but with the most respectful manner. She's smart and very up to date with all field's not just one line of thought she keeps up with all medical questions I've had for her and never acted like she cared to let me know if she didn't know the answer she would find it. Will never change if i don't absolutely have to!
