Closed Louisville office without warning or notice. Shane Watts was a no show for the appointment.

Never pick up the phone. Going weeks without medicine. Will be finding somewhere else immediately

This office has closed. My provider left last month and I was unable to get ahold of anyone for a prescription refill. I had rescheduled with another provider at the Louisville location and then was alerted that person was also no longer there. I tried to reschedule and get a refill but no one answered or called back. The only way that I was finally able to talk to anyone was to call the Bowling Green office and follow the prompts on the phone to schedule as a new client. They let me know that the office closed a few weeks ago and they were supposed to be reaching out to everyone but looks like, according to recent reviews, they did not. Which has left a lot of people in the dark and with no access to refills. They no longer have a Louisville location, only Bowling Green. I have since gone to a new provider at a different clinic. Hopefully this review helps others who were also left in the dark.

It is extremely difficult to call in a prescription that needs to be filled. I have called every day (minus the weekend) during their business hours and left a voicemail each time with my name, phone number, and reason for calling with no response. I have even tried different departments and STILL no response.

I have stuck with Ally Psychiatry for a year because I loved seeing Shane, my provider. However, since he has left, I'll be doing everything I can to find a new provider. The staff are horrible. Their patient "care coordinators" are useless. I can't count how many times I've gone without my Adderall for over a month because they refuse to answer their phones. I've been trying to schedule with a new provider at Ally for weeks but can't get through to anyone. This place is an absolute disaster, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Went to appointment to have med check. Was told meds would be refilled even had pharmists call the practice. Was told I would have urgent call back when they were called in. Nope. I had to call the practice again to find out she still didn’t call new one in. Talked to the patient care coordinator. I was a bit emotional because I was sick of the run around. She was very dismissive I do not suggest going here

My husband had an appointment last Wednesday (11/12) and today (Thursday 11/20) we still haven’t gotten the prescriptions the doctor recommended. He’s called everyday with no progress. They usually don’t answer, so he leaves a message that they never call back about. When they did answer they first said the doctor was away, and when the doctor was back they still couldn’t give a definitive answer on when the prescriptions would be sent to the pharmacy. Absolutely no rush to help us out and make sure he can get his meds. The lack of care and urgency is concerning and insulting. He had no issues with his visit, but what is the point of paying to see a doctor when you’re unable to follow through with the medical advice they provide? Thank god he doesn’t have a serious medical condition that requires medication to stay alive, but he wouldn't be taking medication if it wasn’t beneficial for his health. He will not be coming back here. Edit on 11/20: they finally called him back and got the prescriptions sent in, saying they didn’t have the right pharmacy information. My husband admits he probably messed up the location since we just moved, but the 3 other times he talked with someone on the phone that was never mentioned. And we don’t think that’s a good excuse for him to wait over a week to get the prescriptions sent in.

I had an appointment last Thursday to get my Lexapro refilled. They never sent it so I called them everyday for 4 days and they never answered and I left many voicemails asking them to please send the prescription. They finally answered and the receptionist told me that said had no idea when they would send my prescription and she said “What do you want me to do about it” I have called the doctor herself and the office and have gotten no answer on when they will fill my prescription. Now that I haven’t had Lexapro in a week I’m going through horrible withdrawal. They just made this whole situation difficult and I would not recommend. I went to The Couch psychiatrist office and told them my situation and they immediately filled my prescription and I picked it up within 30 minutes. Would not recommend.

They are the first place I've been to that actually listened to me and helped me find something that actually helps.
