Great doctor, very efficient

Dr. Halleron seemed ok, but the staff was very scattered, and as I later learned, also dishonest. During my initial visit, I tried to schedule a biometric screening, but the staff said I'd already had this in the last 6 mos., which I had not. It took 2 people to check the system, and they didn't seem to understand what they were looking at. I had to schedule this at LabCorps the following week. Additionally, the staff somehow spilled my urine sample and refilled it with water. I found this out when I got a letter from the office saying my provider relationship had been terminated. When I called to find out why, I was told my sample had been diluted and they assumed I did it. I said it was a mistake and asked to schedule another, but was told there was nothing they could do. Now I find myself having to once again find a new physician. I will be careful this time to find a more personable and professional practice than the Baptist Health Medical Group.

Dr. Halleron is very thorough with her examination, she does not rush through the visit and is a very good listener enabling her to provide proper care.

Terrible. Worst doctor I’ve ever experienced. Couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me so I took matters upon myself and tested with different lab. She signed papers to let me test with other lab but when results came back she refused to treat me. She sent me to other doctor for IV because she said she couldn’t administer in her office (which was a lie). They set appointment for month out then when I got to see the other dr he said he would not treat me. I asked him to call Halleron in which she agreed with the dr to not treat me. I went back to to Hallerons office she had me wait in a room for an hour just for a nurse to come tell me she left out of the back door. Worst dr I’ve ever experienced.

I met Dr.Halleron for the first time and she was very caring and understanding. I think I am really going to like having her as my primary care physician. Also, there is a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere in her office.
