The staff there is very friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. David Koonce is AMAZING, and takes the time to treat you as a whole, not just another back injury. I highly recommend this place!!

From the office staff, to the doctors, to the PT staff you will always feel welcome and cared for. They pay careful attention to any impediment I ran into when it comes to treatment, not to mention scheduling and flexibility from in office visits to telehealth they strive to accommodate you.I don't think there's one aspect of patient care their staff doesn't excel at!! Kudos Aptiva staff!!
