List of Arthritis Knee Pain Centers's Reviews
I'll save the fifth star 'till after further treatment. But, after one injection for arthritis in my shoulder, I am more than pleased. Everyone seems so professional and competent. thank you so much and see you again soon.
I visited this Arthritis Knee Pain Center on Dutchmans Pkwy with the expectation that I would get a professional consultation from an orthopedic doctor followed by a series of Hyaluronic Acid injections. Alas, at this place on Dutchmans Lane I filled out forms describing my knee problem, got an X-ray, and waited a half-hour to see the doctor for the injection. When the "doctor" walked in she did not greet me or introduce herself or even look at me. After she asked the assistant who took my x-ray a few questions, she sat to my right side and prepared the siringe for my injection. Her assistant then introduced her as Dr. _______. She then swabbed my knee with alcohol and proceeded to give me a painful injection, and said "ice it when you get home". (the only words she uttered the whole time). Luckily, I had to wait 2 weeks for my next injection due to Thanksgiving holidays. The injection site on my knee swelled, and bled, and had formed a tender scab. When I showed Dr. ______ my knee when I went for my 2d shot, she said "it's not infected, but I can give this injection in the other side if you want". I declined the 2d shot and walked out of the place! Where I come from doctors are professional, polite, and communicative !

Yrs later after These other old roosterCombs shot, no they Never worked But here at “ Arthritis Knee Pain Center” was A Big Finally To me. 1000% yes pain free ! kept me off the knee replacement option This Dr. P. K ! Does it without any severe pain She’s great, I’m always in a Very comfortable state to be in her hands and her assistants always wonderful !!! Thank U !! once again I just finished my series of injections and they will Last for me A-longtime for months or 1yr or later too. No more pain or Wobbling or walking side ways !!!! Thank u all so much !!!!!
I’m just leaving the Arthritis Knee Pain Center for my fifth and last injection. My knee feels so much better (98% better)! My knee was bone on bone and after the first injection I felt a major difference. I'm so glad I got a second opinion and they were my second opinion! If you have a knee issue check them out. I'm telling you they are the truth! Arthritis Knee Pain Center is one of the few that uses a imaging machine while during the injection. And the doctor (Dr Alex Stock MD) is so easy to talk to and explain everything so thoroughly and understandable. The staff upfront and throughout the office are great. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Doctor Tyler Keller is an amazing Surgeon and literally gave me my life back. My hip and knees went out at the same time and his ability to listen is refreshing. His office staff is the best, Sheila Mewes
After 5 injections on both knees I was given a cortisone injection complete with a septic infection. Had my knee irrigated flushed out to gell the infection and everything else. I enjoyed no part of the out of pocket expense of having injections in my knee. I even had to have a total knee replacement.
If you have had gel injections in the past, I definitely recommend the GAE treatment.
I take my mom here for her knee injections, and the experience has been beyond frustrating. The office feels completely incompetent. It seems like they schedule unnecessary appointments just to bill for an office visit instead of actually providing the treatment. We had an appointment specifically for an injection, after they already confirmed with insurance that it was covered, only to be told once we arrived that this visit was just another office visit—and that the injection would have to be scheduled separately because of “pre-approval.” On top of that, the office staff is disorganized and unprofessional. Even when you do have an appointment, be prepared to wait—today we’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes past our scheduled time. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with this level of mismanagement, especially when patients are in pain and relying on them for care.
The treatment didn't help me very much. I thought it was going to help for a little while but it didn't stop the popping when I stand up. Now when I'm walking I still have a little pain. It probably helps people with limited mobility but if you're able to walk with mild pain I would probably not have the treatment done.
I was there today for my appointment the girls at the front desk were awesome. The one girl came and took me for my shot was awesome. Who gave me my shot was awesome. The doctor and the nurse that gave me my shot, were so calming. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs help with arthritis!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
