The customer service is atrocious.. I left several messages and never received a return call. I can understand being backed up .. but over a three week time frame I would believe that is plenty of time to return a call.

My husband just got released today from the hospital and put on home oxegen 24/7.I called dasco and they dispatched Tay to us.He called and told me when he would arrive and was right on time.He got us set right up,explained everything to us and answered all our questions.I feel he went above and beyond.Thank you Tay for making me feel more at ease with all of this.If this is the type of service we will continue to get I give them an A+++++!!!!Keep up the good work Tay!!🙂

Tay came out the evening that I came home from the hospital to set up my home oxygen that was prescribed. He explained everything very thorough & quickly set up my equipment.

I had an issue with my concentrator after hours. I called ashley who immediately answered the call. ashley arranged for a new concentrator to be delivered that night. tay arrived 45 minutes later and literally saved the day! thank you Ashley and tay for your professional and friendly service.barry

Tay came over tonight well after normal times to help my dad who recently got out of the hospital for Covid. He was incredibly kind and patient and changed out his oxygen and explained how all of it worked for him. He was awesome.

My mother in law just got out of the hospital for breathing problems. When she got home she is now on 100% O2 all the time. Her O2 Machine was missing some pieces and her travel oxygen was out. We was in a bind. She needed O2 to be able to make it through the night without having to go back to the hospital. We made a call and Tay from dasco responded so quick and got out here to help us. Over the phone and in person he made my mother in law feel safe, his customer service was amazing. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and over all a kind soul. Couldn’t ask for a better person to help us! Thank you Tay!!!!!
