Dr Goodwin was kind considerate as well as compassionate through my husbands illness and surgery.
The absolute rudest doctor I have ever encountered. After my husband had surgery and a complication, we were put through to him as the on-call doctor. He belittled me and made fun of me on the phone. He would not even try to help me. He just said, "I don't know what you want me to do." I asked a simple question: was the problem that my husband was having to be expected. He said I could just go to the ER to find out. No person should ever treat another human that way, especially someone who went into a professional field to HELP people. Be sure to stay away from this doctor.
I would recommend Dr. Goodwin to anyone I know. He has been completely understanding of my concerns & answers all my questions with enough detail for me to understand any treatment or procedures. He is always friendly, professional & genuinely concerned for my well being, that has not always seemed to be the case with previous Drs.
Inferior and inadequate.
Dr. Goodwin is a very good Dr. He cares about his patients and does everything possible to take good care of them. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere.
The doctor told my Wife and I that as a cash paying customer, I was not worth the his time to serve. He repeated this again when I ask him too. The facility is run very poorly. They are using multiple billing and record keeping systems. Billing is a mess. I had receive invoices for the same service in 2 different statements. One staff member ask for my medical records, one said they do not have them. I personally went the other testing labs, ask to have my records sent there, hand delivered my records and then a get a call they were not in the office. The COO of the facility talked to me about the records and said they are on file. The day of my last appointment, the nurse thats takes vitals said their computer system does not have any of my past records or current records. This place is all about insurance billing and the coddling of the elderly with insurance. I talked to patience in the parking lot about care. They told me they have not gotten better, but they got another appointment to come back. $8,000 and I am sick now and was not sick prior to my first visit. My PCP sent me there for PSA testing. I ended up under the Knife. Doctors found nothing wrong and I am suffering the consequences of the surgery. Stay away from this place. The staff turn over is high also based on the number of times I visited there.
Employees love to talk about you after you leave,I was fired from my job because Melissa was related to my boss she told him about a conversation we had while in the office
I had a urologist who is only in Corydon one morning a week. At my age of 80 I thought I needed to get one who is there more time, and actually Dr. Bell got an appoint two days later because of a urological problem I was having. I was assigned to Dr. Goodwin
Would and do recommend him to anyone!
