He’s the best doctor in practice. Recommend by my family doctor. Excellent. Very kind, knowledgeable.

I felt very comfortable in a difficult situation. He spent a lot of time with me and took a great deal of time going over my results very thoroughly. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
The guy that posted the bad review probably sits down to pee. He is that old pain in the neck that complains about everything. He really needs a proctologist more than an urologist. Dr. Peterson is a great doctor.

I trust Dr Peterson totally. I had cancer and at first a biopsy showed clear. With my numbers accelerating he scheduled a second bioppsy and it showed positive. He took time to tell me all the options, pros & cons. I chose robotic surgery with him and 1 1/2 years later i am still cancer free. Thanks Doc! Just tell your office staff to smile. Patients coming to them usually have a lot on their minds. They are professional. Just could be friendlier.

He is one of the best urologist I've ever been too. I've been to Vanderbilt, Boston, mayo clinic, Atlanta, Dallas, Duke and several more. Dr Peterson said I was needing to be treated at IU health by Dr. Burhle. So I went to IU and now I have a life. For anything else I now go to Dr. Peterson. He has the best personality and is a very smart guy. He also worries about his patients. My first choice will always be Dr. Peterson. I love the guy for what he has done for me.
I was a post op patient that had a scheduled appointment. There were at least 10 people called back (5 who had arrived after I did) so I asked how many patients still ahead of me. I was told 5. I had been there for 1/2 hour and it would still be at least 1/2 hour before seeing the dr. I asked to change the appointment because I had not scheduled that much time off from the office. I was very rudely told that I would not be able to schedule another appointment until ONE WEEK later (for removal of a stint)...Office staff continued to be rude. EVEN THE DOCTOR rudely scolded me for "yelling (which I did not) at his staff." I have NEVER been so rudely treated in ANY DOCTOR'S OFFICE in 50 years...

In 2008 I was diagnosed with Bladder cancer and if not for Dr. Peterson (who sent the results to a different laboratory after getting negative results from the in-hospital lab because he didn't like what he saw) I would never have caught it in time. My wife and I do appreciate that extra mile he took using his judgement. He is always pleasant and his office staff are too. Great Job Dr. Peterson, please don't change your outlook, attitude and going the extra mile when you disagree with pathology/laboratory findings for your patients because physicians like you are hard to find!
