No, I would not recommend her. My visit, for the most part, was unpleasant. Dr. Gentner did not explain my test results, nor offer recommendations on allergy shots or avoidance of irritants. She seemed impatient and had a condescending demeanor. Her time was given to dis-proving a food sensitivity test I had 2 years ago that I had only brought up in passing. The allergy test, by nature causes irritation, but no effort was made to make me warm or comfortable. Neither the doctor nor her assistant were pleasant or friendly. It was a very unnerving experience, and I plan to switch to another doctor.

She disregarded my concerns and made me feel uncomfortable. There are several others with my condition who sought treatment and had negative experiences. Dr. Gentner is someone I would avoid

Very quick to get in for my initial appt. to do testing and assessments. Literally took 2 days. Staff is incredibly sweet and the office is clean. I like their system of seeing patients in a timely, efficient manner. Also i love the education provided and the several opportunities to ask questions. Only complaint is that I felt a tad embarrassed and judged for admitting I am a smoker

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the quality of care received at ADVANCED ENT and Allergy. Dr. Jennifer Gentner was thorough, knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. She was observant when pointing out the possibility of my overlapping prescriptions. I highly recommend this courteous and professional provider.

Dr. Getner is very thorough when it comes to allergy testing and caring for my family’s needs. I trust that she and her staff are doing everything they can to give our family comfort from allergy related symptoms.

I have seen Dr. Genter for over 7 years. She has made such a difference in my allergies. Dr. Genter always takes the time in her office and answers all your questions. You never feel rushed. Her support staff is exceptional as well. This is the place to go if you are having trouble with your allergies.

I noticed that she always inform me about procedures that I have to do, any changes to medicines are discussed and she actually listens to me. I have nothing but nice things to say about her, awesome doctor.
