MIchelle Palazzo's Online Review Report Card

I absolutely love her and her staff. Kristina is spectacular they always make me a priority, urgent appointment anytime I need to see her.. she's done a fantastic job, gave me an ideal breast reconstruction and I would recommend her to my mother to your mother and to you and any male man or guy. She is elegant, prompt, caring Thorough, so smart the knowledge she has about exactly what Iam going thru just amazes me. I kinda love her and you will too

My breast reconstruction was a long journey but I was very satisfied with the outcome

I would like patients to know that I truly love what I do and will give you the best care that I can. Sometimes that means you may have to wait a bit because I’m giving someone the extra attention they need. Sometimes a problem is very easy to manage and it may only take 5 minutes to suggest a treatment. Also, all procedures have some risk involved, whether it’s an infection, or scarring, or recurrence, etc. This is REALITY and any surgeon who tells you s/he has never had a complication is either lying or not doing enough procedures.

I first saw Dr. Palazzo before my mastectomy. Her staff has been very caring and wonderful, guiding me through my unpleasant ordeal. Before surgery, I was given needed prescriptions and told what supplies to have at home for after the surgery. Dr. Palazzo payed meticulous attended to detail.

My husband had a severe laceration to his hand. When we followed up with Dr. Palazzo she was very harried and spent the time looking briefly at the wound, talking about nerve regeneration. When asked questions her responses were very cursory and she really didn’t answer the questions. She stated that he should take off his brace a week later. We were not told if he should continue to wear a bandage, could shower without the brace or if there were any restrictions after taking the brace off. We were not told that his stitches were dissolvable. When we called the clinic and spoke to the nurse she said that with his surgery he should definitely continue to wear the brace. Having worked in healthcare for most of my career I know that patients do not remember everything told to them verbally. Information needs to be explained and given in printed form and time given for patients to ask questions. This was not done by Dr. palazzo.

Extremely awful bedside manner. My wait was extremely long so I was frustrated about that and how no one in the office took initiative to atleast give an update on when I could expect someone. When she finally did come in the room, she was completely frazzled and trying to quickly do an assessment. When she noticed I wasn't happy, she quickly became defensive and hostile. Also told me they have several emergencies that came in and new residents who didn't know how things were ran at that office.. I'm in healthcare and patient's don't want to hear that.. overall her attitude was extremely terrible.. I ultimately had to get another consultation with another doctor to do my surgery..... I didn't feel comfortable with her doing my surgery based on her overall bedside manner... Please Please do your research before you have any kind of surgery....it's extremely important to make the right decision.. This doctor isn't the right choice.

I had my breast reconstruction a year ago and I couldn't be more happier. Dr Palazzo and her staff are very caring, patient , professional and no hard sell compared to the other drs I dealt with. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with my surgery. She's competent and was more than happy with my reconstruction.

Reading previous reviews I’d have to admit I was a little hesitant about Dr. Palazzo. You really can’t believe all that you read. Dr. Palazzo was/is truly amazing. She is upfront and honest about tour procedure. She listens and answers and concerns you have. She is such a sweet caring lady. She loves what she does and you can tell. Her bedside manner was great. She made me feel comfortable along every step of the way. Oh, her office staff is also amazing. Super sweet and friendly. I’d HIGHLY recommend Dr. Palazzo!!!

She is not friendly, timely, or personable. She barely relays details of her medical opinion. She is a very rude an uncaring dr if you want to put her in that category, I personally would not. She also does not think the patient has the right to ask her a question, as she thinks she knows it all.

I had trigger finger surgery and am having severe pain from swelling at night. Dr Palazzo was very defensive and rude and could offer no help to alleviate the swelling. She treated me like I was stupid and would not explain what was going on. I am 70 so I am not sure she thought it was my age that made me ignorant in her eyes. I will not go back.
