Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.Came for testing from my primary doc’s request in another state. They admitted me and charged me and then said they would not send for a test. I would have to travel back home to my primary, see them, get a referral for another doctor and then they could run a test.Worst doctors office experience I can ever remember

I fell and hurt my foot earilier in the week and friends convinced me to have it looked at for possible fracture. I made an online appt to be seen @ 3:30. I got a call a few minutes later from someone there who said that even though the appt was available online they don’t see patients after 3. She said their location is the only Norton care center that does that. She next told me that based on the note I included when I scheduled the appt, the doctor said I needed to see a specialist. The doctor, without laying eyes on my injury, was telling me to go elsewhere. I was FLOORED. I told the caller i’d fallen and she said again that they don’t see patients after 3. I said I wod be there by there by 3. She then told me to come earlier because they weren’t busy. Obviously they want to close and get out of there, but I can’t believe how unprofessional they behaved. I canceled the appt. You know, so the doctor didn’t have to do anything and could maybe leave early. Horrible experience before I even set foot in the door.

Front office staff are Always nice and courteous however the doctors are Always so nonchalant.Its as if they are scared of black people.Dr Reid barely touched me it was really awkward.This will be my last time!!!!

Only come here if you like waiting for a LONG TIME! Friendly staff at the front desk.. Everyone moves slow here. There was one person ahead of me and I waited for 30 minutes to be taken back... And over an hour for the doctor. I was told that the Dr. Would be in SHORTLY. Clearly, they have no idea what shortly means. No one here seems to be concerned with time at all..
