Called to reschedule my appointment due to transportation issues and they hung up on me

I would like to say first off that I have been going to the same doctor for the last seven years. My doctor has been wonderful and I’ve had no issues with him.that being said, the Norton community medical associates 200 W. doctors office is absolutely terrible. Zero communication, zero organization skills, an absolute joke. It is impossible to reach someone, and when you finally do reach them, they have no clue what you were talking about.

Scheduled a appointment for aug 6th 1:45 waited on the phone like your supposed to before you enter ! Somebody said can you hold pls so I did then I realized how long I was on hold so I went in all for the lady to tell me the provider is behind 45 mins & that I had to re schedule. I already had to wait over a week to get the appointment for a follow up on something very serious. If you plan to be seen here plan to spend half your day there .

There is no way to get help from Norton. Incompetent staff. Over scheduling my appointments with no clarification of what the appointment is for. The staff does not listen to the concerns of the patient. They do not care about your health. They care more about milking your insurance for visits that are not needed. They have their patients come in to talk about making appointment for lab work at the next visit. Also if you do try to address the issue they will downplay it and try to tell the patient that they are wrong.

I was given a sample symbicort inhaler for my asthma by Dr fannin I used it and it worked quite well for me I wanted to get a refill for the symbicort inhaler I called on February the 10th Wednesday 11:52 a.m. no return call no script I called back on February the 12th Friday 10:25 a.m. no return call no script I called back February the 16th Tuesday 12:14 p.m. no return call no script today is February the 17th still no return call no script. I'm just not sure what's going on or why I have not received a simple prescription or call back I've been coming to this office for years and years I came to this office when Dr hubbach was there I went to Dr hubbach for over 40 years this is unacceptable.... Update on the 8th day I finally received a call telling me that my doctor had retired though I had been seeing Dr fannin for over 3 years and that I would have to make an appointment to get my prescription filled it took them 8 days to decide I needed an appointment for a prescription I don't believe I can trust these people with my life if they cannot get it prescription straight I am moving on from Norton healthcare after over 40 years this is a sad situation

Saw Dr. Monday morning, 10/26 Still no RX on 10/29 (Thursday) Called daily. Simple request. "Please phone in my RX"..... To no Avail! Feel like I was on a moving sidewalk, no lab results either.... What did I pay for?

Great doctor's here, most of my doctor's are in the same building! That makes it very nice! A fantastic group of doctor's as well!

I was there recently as a new patient, I was very sick and worried, I arrived expecting to find as always a doctor who doesn't even pay attention to you and thinking that the visit would be a waste of time. But I was wrong, I received excellent care from the receptionist to the doctor and his assistant. Even before the doctor entered the room, i was calmer due to the conversation with the medical assistant Damils. Dr. Polo is an excellent professional who listens to you and looks you in the face. The diagnosis and treatment were very accurate 2 weeks after that, I feel physically and mentally recovered. I want to show them the appreciation because they deserve it. I recommend audubon west 200, because those healthcare providers really care about their patients. Thanks once again for being there for people like me.
