List of Norton Community Medical Associates - Brownsboro's Reviews
I made new patient appointments a few months ago for my husband and I, but my husband recently found out he won't be able to make his appointment due to a work responsibility. I called the office to ask that he take my slot because he has a more pressing health concern than I do, and I knew if he cancelled and tried to reschedule, it would be another couple of months waiting for a new patient appointment. The front office employee quickly canceled my appointment, but then told me that my appointment that she had *just* cancelled was no longer available for my husband. That was the whole point of my call....to give him that appointment! It was later explained to me that someone else was scheduled in that slot by another scheduler in the brief moments between her cancelling my appointment and attempting to reschedule my husband. Now mid-January is the soonest we can be seen after we already waited months for the November appointments. The scheduling staff seemed unable to do anything to make it right. So frustrating.
I would give this 0 stars if possible. The bullying within the office between coworkers is an issue that, on it's own, is out of control. However beyond that is the extreme lack of a decent attitude from half of the front end workers.
Everyone that works here is so nice and helpful. I’ve never had to wait very long. I love this place!
Go anywhere but here. Doctors and management are worthless.
Sunita Dwivedi best primary doctor ever.
The person that greets your patients at the front desk needs to learn how to lose their attitude when talking to patients!
Disorganized and inefficient staff. They move you in and out like cattle, you wait and wait, then you only see the doctor for about 5 minutes. UNHAPPY
I would urge anyone to think carefully about this office. I asked my nurse practitioner about quitting smoking. I literally had a 2 minute discussion with her. She gave me a prescription, handed me a piece of paper with quit smoking tips and I was charged $79 for tobacco use cessation. You would think, just like anything else they may charge you for, they would let you know in advance the is a charge for that service
My blood pressure has been high in spite of exercise 3 days a week and the medication that they prescribed. I been unable to lose weight even with a low-fat diet. I came to your office with concerns about high blood pressure, weight loss, and severe fatigue. Your nurse-practitioner apparently thought something was humorous when I asked her about losing weight, and stated with low-level laughing that "a low-fat diet and exercise might help". The last physician I saw there give me the same attitude. Maybe I am missing something that is humorous about asking a medical worker about losing weight?
Dr. James Jennings is awesome. He is so respectful & takes his time with me at every visit.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
