This location has terrible communication skills. I will be finding another provider. You are told that you should receive all call from someone to schedule and appointment, never do and then when you call they give you three different answers for who to contact and how to schedule that appointment, a week later. This is ridiculous. They are nice people but need to get it together...not going back

Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in my life! In the 4 times I met with Hashmi since Dr. Delafield retired, she struck me as cold and uncaring. But the last appointment was unbelievable. She informed me that she would no longer be prescribing a particular medication to me (that I have taken for 20 years), and that I would need to find a new doctor. Hashmi offered me no options, no referrals and only a 2 month supply of medication. When I questioned why she was doing this now, she slammed her pen down and walked out of the room. Luckily, I have found a new Dr, although it took 2 months of unnecessary stress! My new Dr, who has about 30 years of experience on her said he considers what Hashmi did was patient abandonment. Hashmi put me through a terrible time and did not care. I would like to add that during this visit she did not examine me (we didn't get that far) and, again, terminated the visit half way through. Yet I was billed her full amount of $305.00!!
