Horrible service over the phone. I am aware the medical services are good, but the telephone lines should be improved. Waiting for approx 30 minutes for an appointment for my patient. Later called the direct physicians/clinic line and answered promptly, to place me on hold because "they are on the other line". More staff should be hired so patients dont have to wait that long.

The providers are very sweet and caring but unfortunately all their caring goes down the drain with their staff. They will talk about you so that the whole waiting room can hear your private information. The person that draws your blood is the rudest person I have ever met, maybe she should work at a correctional facility instead. Would definitely not recommend!

I go here on a regular basis.The staff is ALWAYS courteous & kind. They are helpful and caring!!A few years back one of my daughters almost passed out when she got her blood drawn, the nurses in the lab & office went over & beyond to make sure she was comfortable!!! They plugged a fan in & directed it on her as well!!

We are treated like family here. Dr. Courtenay and her nurses are great to us and our baby. They even dreaded her one year shots today as much as we did. Thank you for taking such great care of her.

TERRIBLE doctors office, do not go here. I was on a trip out of town and had an asthma attack and needed a prescription called in and they refused to do it. In spite of that I decided to stay with them, but I had an appointment scheduled for today at 9, waited for 45 minutes to be seen, and THEN they told me they wouldn't be able to provide the medication (birth control) until next week and I'd have to come back then. Why didn't they tell me that when I scheduled!? Unreal and a complete waste of my time. I will not be back.

TERRIBLE doctors office, do not go here.
