Leah Thompson was vey attentive and listened to my concerns gave me sound advice. Very pleased with my care from her.

Me and my partner had a great experience for the most part. The nurse practitioner we saw was so sweet and really took the time to listen. We had to get labs done and my partner mentioned how they hated needles, like a lot of people do and the nurse practitioner assured us, no worries, the phlebotomist could come to the room.Apparently this was extremely inconvenient for the phlebotomist. The moment she walked in the room she complained and seemed to not understand why she had to come to the room in the first place. She was fantastic at drawing blood. My partner said it was a smooth process. However even after she drew blood she continued to be aggressive in her demeanor. I told her "We are sorry this was an inconvenience to you. Next time we'll make sure to walk to the lab. We didn't realize it was going to be a big deal."She got very defensive and close to me, continued to raise her voice and completely took us off guard from the original pleasent experience we had. It was very unprofessional and we felt as if anyone who has such a discomfort when it comes to blood work should not be treated with the hostile and aggressive behavior she portrayed.

Very nice people but check in is a pain. You do it online, on their app, and then you have to do it again, in person .

Dr. Zahorik is fantastic! She legit cares about her patients even if that means nagging me to come in for blood work. But thats only because she cares. Also trans friendly healthcare here! She sits down she listens and she cares. I am blown away by her bedside decorum.

Since I have been seeing Dr. Bentley & Staff they have been nothing but GREAT. He is a thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable & caring doctor. The staff have been courteous & professional. I plan on keeping him as my Primary physician as long as possible.

When I first started going to this office, they were great. Since Covid hit I've had nothing but issues.

I really love my doctor who is Dr Zahorik. This is the first doctor that actually took the time to set down and offer a prognosis and say why she thought that was the best course of action. She doesn't just come in, quickly prescribe something, and leave. Other reviewers mentioned that you don't get in at your actual time slot to see the doctor, thats true for any doctor and honestly I rather wait here then get in sooner to see another doctor that will just be a prescription pusher.

The doctors are always running late. The front receptionist are extremely rude and have no real compassion. You can show up on time for your appointment and the doctors will still not be able to see you for an hour and 40 minutes past your appointment. You show up 15 minutes late and they will cancel your appointment. Seems really fair to me. I even talked with the front desk person who said that their policies are meant to be followed. So I am guessing what she meant was rules are rules and she can’t help the patient.

I am sitting at a CVS and have been here for 3 hours. I am picking up a prescription that to my knowledge was filled before I left the Doctors office way over 3 hours ago. The pharmacy and I have contacted the Clinic for the Doctor to sign off.After several attemptsstill nothing has been done on the Doctors office side. CVS even asked for the dosage so they could take care of me & send me home. I was finally told by office staff that it could be filled in the next five minutes or not until 5. One office person even told me she would just go home if it were her. I feel like I am in an episode of the Twilight Zone.The Doctors are good, that’s the only positive thing I can say about this Clinic right now.

Today was my first visit here. I love it. I was treated with kindness and respect by everyone. Dr. Bentley is such a nice person and truly made me feel like he wanted to help me. I'm so happy that I was referred here.
