Great Physician! Staff kind. I was never told about how the prescription/medication process works. When I did enquirer later, I received a prickly and impatient answer from the front desk. I called the 'business' who does the processing through a mail order system. From the rime I saw my physician, takes a week to receive meds. I love withdrawals!.

Been meaning to find a primary care physician and unfortunately couldn't wait any longer to find one. I booked an appointment here, with Dr. Kodner, and had a wonderful experience. I have been to several doctor offices over the years and I never had such a pleasant experience as I did here. All of the staff were warm, welcoming, made me feel safe, and I had an overall great experience from the moment I walked in until I left. I wish I was able to get everyone's name because everyone was just friendly and showed they cared. I am happy to say that after a long search, I found the doctor and office for me!

At least one employee here works out in their scrubs next door at the planet fitness then goes straight to work. They also do not wipe down the equipment before or after rubbing their uniform all over it. Disgusting on a normal day. But during a pandemic? Seriously?!

A group of incompetent Doctors who lose your lab samples and fail to return phone calls. I will never use another Nortons facility as long as I live.Former LPN, Combat Medic, EMT-P, CMB, EFMB
