Extremely helpful staff. Way more helpful than work comp in relation to getting treatment. Quick and easy process once they took over. Everybody complains about medical facilities a lot, they need praise when stuff is done right. Thanks!!!!

The call back feature was nice. Freed up a lot of my day that would have otherwise been spent waiting in the parking lot. Friendly staff, but seemed short handed.

I got seen two weeks ago, my test results were in a week ago, and I have gotten almost nothing but poor attitudes and lies. Several times I tried to contact them about my test results, which resulted in someone either losing their temper with me 'because their location was busy', or me getting through but hearing 10-15 seconds of someone breathing over the phone with other noise in the background. I even said that I could hear one of them, and the breathing stopped but the background noise continued before they still hung up. I got one actual call from the doctor that was missed and IMMEDIATELY returned, but they seem to want an extended game of phone tag. Several notes were supposed to have been made for the doctor to contact me, but it was clear from talking to the receptionists, at least the ones that would let me talk, that most of them didn't actually make any notes. At this point, I'll have to go back into the location just to get my results.

Suggested a possible diagnosis based on research, and the doctor actually laughed at me. Extremely unprofessional and insulting.

I experienced great customer service at my visit to this immediate care center! I made an appointment online for 12:15. As soon as I got there, I checked in and was called to the back within 10 mins. Shortly after, I was tested for strep due to the symptoms I was experiencing. Within 15 minutes of the test, the Dr came and advised I had strep and called in my prescription! I was literally in and out within an hour! Everyone was very kind and friendly! I’ll definitely always chose this location!
