I've known Drs. Thompson and Pennington since the started their practice, and both are caring and thorough clinicians. Insurance companies and the healthcare systems make it nearly impossible for independent practices to survive, so I'm glad they're here, and I highly recommend their services.

These people are con artists and this office is a pill mill. They take cash only. Do not accept insurance. That's OK if they provided mental health care, but they do not. They prescribe meds and charge $125 for less than 10 minutes of your time. Also they INSIST you do a genetic test. I am convinced they don't know how to read the results as they never explained anything. Don't wadtes your time here unless you are looking for narcotics!

Dr. Taylor is very patient, caring about patients goals to better mental and behavioral issues. Staff is always wonderful and very attentive.

I saw Dr. Thompson before he stopped taking insurance and would still be a patient but for that change. I wish that insurance reimbursement were sufficient to enable all psychiatrists to practice their craft with the care and dedication that he does. If you can afford it and are willing to pay for it, you'll receive some of the best care that Louisville has to offer.

I have been a patient there for many years. He is by far the most compassionate, he listens and hears more importantly he understands and always putting his patients well being top priority. He is a man of his word...he will put you first. I have much respect for him not only as a psychiatrist but as a human being. Thank you Dr. T. For showing that my well being is important to you!!

Dr. Wozniak is the best. She's been my psychiatrist for over 10 years. She's attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

My dad was a patient after 20 years I drops him because he got a coupe of early refills only by a day or 2 and leaves Him in the cold to withdraw off a very dangerous medication I believe it’s malpractice contacted attorneys and looking to make suit

Tammy Pennington is caring and insightful. She takes the time to actually listen and seems to really care about her patients. The practice doesn't take insurance, but the rates are reasonable. Highly recommended.
