This is such an amazing place to go if you really want to get your life together. The staff is absolutely amazing. The therapist Kalee is absolutely the greatest! So is the Dr. Lisa Fitter. She’s such a sweetheart. They don’t just give you meds and get rid of you. They are nothing like other places where they just care for your money. I literally don’t pay anything to come here. Because my insurance covers everything. AND might I add that they freaking have their own pharmacy there too if you want to use them. It’s just amazing. I always had trouble at Walgreens and now I never have to worry about it again because I just get it at the office. They really care to help improve your life forever and move forward everyday. Even the other people that go here are all respectful and nice. It’s just a very nice environment. With lots of good people willing to help you with absolutely anything you need in life. All you gotta do ask for some help.

The nurse practitioner reprimanded me for the pharmacist mistake. Back in 2018, I was arrested inside this clinic for a domestic violence issue that the staff literally witnessed over a course of several months; black eyes, missing hair, scratches from head to toe and they literally sat back and did nothing to help. But literally held me hostage until the police arrived. If you are serious about your recovery and want to go somewhere where you are really understood as an individual this is not the place for you. Remember these people cannot to relate to us, we are literally dollar signs to them.

For the addict reading this review I want you to know I am an addict myself, and have lived years in the struggle as being one. That being said, Spero Health IS your way out of the madness. Not only does the medication work wonders for my cravings, the counseling sessions help just as much. The staff at Spero are awesome! From the doctors, to the counselors, to the office tech’s, they all understand us addicts and are truly there to lend a helping hand in any way they can. They will work around work, school, and any other schedule conflicts wherever you may find a timing problem. As long as the addict is doing their part in their own recovery you WILL SUCCEED at Spero Health... I would recommend anyone in addiction to just give them a chance to help you, I promise, you won’t regret it.

Spero Health is the most dedicated addiction medicine clinic in Louisville. The staff is dedicated to serving their drug addicted clients in the most respectful and caring way. I don't know what their mission statement is, but they should hang a sign in the lobby, "People matter, especially drug addicts."

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to about this great awesome clinic! I absolutely love the staff, they have all been very great to me, Dorishia, Alesia, Erica, and Kayla are all amazing and are very professional and caring at the same time If that makes sense! 🙂 I love them all not to mention Dr. Fetter is always very accommodating and caring as well. If you are thinking about taking the next step and getting help definitely keep this place in mind.
