I had a great experience here. I went in during the covid-19 period and felt very comfortable. Had some blood taken and vaccinations - all done comfortably and professionally. My insurance covered pretty much everything.

My whole family goes to Dr. Simon for years. My grand children are not afraid -they think he's funny. He is so smart-has figured out things other doctor's missed.

No stars or even negative stars if allowed. Stay away! All they care about is taking payment from you. They don't fully understand secondary insurance. They care about collecting copayments than caring for you. All the users' comments stated here are all true. Rude, condescending, unprofessional, takes advantages of you and especially the Chinese speaking community. If you know English go somewhere else like a few blocks down to Jefferson Family medicine associates. Again stay away.

Most unprofessional doctor ever. Front desk staff rude. Doctor trying to make money and make you feel bad if you don't take his advice. When you do ask for advice, he just says "it up to you" aren't doctors suppose to suggest what's best for you? He takes all patients and doesn't specialize in any. Doesn't know what he is doing. A fucking idiot, RUDE and just likes to rip people off. Won't even remove my sons earwax when he's there for a checkup. Lazy and rude. If he was in China, he'd be beat up by just anybody. Don't go here, most of his patients are older Chinese people who don't know English and he takes advantage of them f

Had to wait from open to close just for a " You're fine just eat these medicine bye " The employees attitude suck. The only reason people go here is because they don't know English.

Best doctor if you need to get health certificate for driving test. Your work is done in 10 minutes flat.

Very unprofessional and maybe the worst doctor i ever seen. Most of his patients are Chinese and do not speak English. So he took advantage of this and charge them for the copay than what's suppose to be. He subscribed unnecessary tests or shots just so he can get pay for it. Stay away from this doctor!!!
