my wife and i were t the facility on 08/15/2018 for foot pain.after seeing the doctor i asked if there was a wheelchair available since my wife could hardly walk and we had to go back to the parking area to get our car.i was very pleasantly surprised when a man whose first name is vaughn (i hope i spelled it right ) not only came with the chair but rolled my wife out to the parking area.he was very courteous and helpful since this was our first time here.excellent service and very good attitude toward helping people. thanks vaughn

My experience here was wonderful. The receptionist at each office that I visited were warm, friendly and helpful. The physician (Dr. Tanya Franklin) that I visited was outstanding. She was warm, friendly, explained things well and answered all my questions without the appearance of being rushed. To me, I appeared to be her only patient that day. I really appreciate physicians who make patients feel that way. Parking was no problem. I parked in the parking garage right across the street from the building. It contained a nice pedestrian walkway so I didnt even get wet while it rained. The only thing that annoyed me was the office not validating the parking in the garage. But that's ok. I'll pay the minimum parking fee to have a great experience at the doctor's office.

This is an excellent and well run facility. My wife had an appointment on the 3 rd floor. Parking was easy to find and there is a walkway on the 3rd floor to get you over to all the doctor offices. The waiting rooms have somewhat comfortable chairs and are large enough that you don't get the closed in feeling. The only negative I have is that they do not stamp your parking ticket so you have to pay for parking. I found that very unusual.
