Bonita thank you for making every visit a pleasant one. You are so helpful.
Horrible experience at the after hours orthopedic clinic. We waited 2.5 hours before even making it to a room, and that was after we were skipped over in the waiting room. No one ever apologized for skipping us. Very poor experience and will not come back.
Horrible experience, upon checking in I was asked my first name to which I spelled it out for her. Then she proceeded to say “well what’s the rest of your name.” She then asked me to pay for my services before filling out the rest of my paperwork. I asked her how long the wait would be before I paid so that I wasn’t waiting hours. She then said oh so you only have $45? (My co pay was $50) I said uh no ma’am I didn’t say that I just wanted to know how long the wait was. And yet again she said oh so you only have $45. I reiterated my question to her and she said “well i had six waiting and I’ve only had one walk out.” I said okay let me speak with my partner real quick and I’ll let you know. Upon waking away from the counter she said in a louder voicemail “so you’re canceling” I should have read the reviews before even stepping foot in this place. Bonita is a horrible person the be having at the front desk. I will never go back nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
U of L is negligent in their duty as a healthcare facility to test for covid. Despite the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic and seeing cases on the rise, U of L refuses to perform a covid test if you have already had one that week. So if you got tested Monday, were re-exposed Tuesday and wanted to get tested again Saturday, they will turn you away. So make plans to go to a different hospital all together if you are afraid of exposure. Completely negligent.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
