I had a wonderful experience at this facility. They were friendly in providing me with the best care. Sarah at front desk and Samantha, MA were very pleasant along with the audiologist that cleaned my ears. Dr Moore was thorough and helpful. If l have to l will go back and recommend this Urgent Care facility. Thank you for a wonderful experience

I hate needles and really find the idea of a needle in my vein or catheter in my vein so repugnant that I have to bite my lip whenever I have to give blood. Well a couple months ago I changed jobs and had to get blood drawn. I chose UofL Health because I had heard great things about the staff. They did not disappoint. I must say that I felt nothing during the blood draw--not the initial poke, not the squeamishly unpleasant feeling of the nurse switching the vials while the needle is still in my arm, literally nothing. It was the best experience I've ever had with getting blood drawn, getting an IV, getting a shot, you name it. I HIGHLY recommend going here for any service. I was in and out in 15 minutes, was greeted warmly, was explained about my financial liabilities, and sent off warmly. Well done! I will be back for future urgent care needs.

I would give zero stars if possible. They coded my covid test wrong for billing and still haven't fixed it almost 2 years later. My insurance company and myself have been told that they are fixing it, but they haven't.

I can here cause I have cold systems an need a note for work. There is a 2 hour wait but the staff is being helpful an doing their best to get everyone seen an taken care of.

the old male doctor brushed off my very concerning symptoms i had been having for 3 days. he tested me for covid and the flu, both were negative, and sent me home. i got worse and had to come back and see someone else two days later. luckily, she was amazing and attentive as medical professionals are supposed to be to their patients. i hate going to the doctor in general, but i absolutely hate having to go to the doctor multiple times for the same problem because the first doctor didn’t look further than two possible diagnoses into the issue. the lobby also feels like an oven 0/5 for old male doctor 5/5 for the nice lady doctor 2/5 for the clinic as a whole
