Don't waste your time going here. There is nothing urgent about their urgent care. I walked into an empty office and waiting room and walked out within a couple of minutes after I was told to go to the emergency room. I was amazed they whère able to determine this without me even seeing or speaking with the doctor. Terrible customer service, like I said don't waste your time.

My “Go to” with Urgent Care. They are diligent and professional. I live close by and someone is always needing an urgent care in my family. It’s my secret gem since it sits off the road and many don’t know about this place. There’s no obvious sign which works for me! I think the people are awesome there.

Having had a great experience at the UofL Health Urgent Care off Hurstbourne, when I needed urgent care for myself (Sinus Infection diagnosis), I chose to go here. Again, a top notch experience. The 1 star ratings here look to be fakes as most don't have comments. To those that had an unpleasant experience, I would recommend you try here again. COVID was tough of most of us and certainly took its toll on the service industry broadly. The team that greeted me and checked me in was warm and kind, and the NP who saw me was very thoughtful and educational. A great experience... Again!

The staff is professional and caring. They are thorough in assessing their assessment, always polite and respectful from the front desk staff to the medical professionals. I recommend them highly!

I had to take my son to Urgent care, I checked online to verify the operational hours. Got there at 8am as directed on a Tuesday, waited for 15min and yet nobody was there, doors were locked. My son felt really bad, so I decided to go an look for another Urgent Care facility.

Scheduled a 3 pm Covid test. Arrived at 250 filled out three pages of paperwork: Took a seat as requested and waited…and waited…finally after 30 minutes I asked how long it would be. She responds “it’s a 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait”. I asked why she didn’t tell me that when I arrived as there were only 3 people in waiting area. No reply. For a Covid test with no one there. Don’t ever go here it’s a complete joke.

Quick, clean and professional. Couldn’t ask for anything more from an urgent care facility. After being to other providers facilities, I would recommend this one above all.

Have been to this location on several occasions and the service has always been excellent! The building is modern and clean and the staff is very considerate and answered my every question. I was taken care of by Kristen Wheeler during my visits and she has been one of the best medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She even went the extra mile to talk me through getting blood drawn because I commonly get dizzy or pass out during such events. Would highly recommend.

This was previously known Kentucky One Health. This is just one of the many changes that are happening because of our changing health care system. There are a number of new roads with easy access from Old Henry or the Gene Synder. I went there today to get a doppler scan. They had all the Covid -19 protocols in place. There is a reception desk right inside the door where they take your temp and then you sign to say you have no symptoms of the virus. There was nobody there today so my wait was very short. The Technician came and got me right away and took me up to the lab. She had a student with her who was learning how to be a Tech. It was completed in a short time and I was on my way in no time. I highly recommend this facility if you should need a test. The medical center also offers a wide range of services, including a Healthy Lifestyle Center, diagnostic and medical imaging, physician care, rehab services, laboratory services, sports medicine urgent care and more.
