Couldn't care less. His nurse holds the computer and talks to you while he stands in the hall. Work, man!! Just do something.

Dr. Hughes has no integrity in this community. He has threatened other doctors in our community with legal action for simply doing their job right. He is dishonest and was also accused of being involved in a medicare fraud in Louisville before he came to Murray. I would give a lower rating if I could. All Bob Hughes cares about is money. You see primary care is his. He's the one who runs it and hes the worst one there of all of them. Of course the other one who is over primary care isn't a docter but their both the same. All they care about is money and more money. Your fooling yourself if you think for one second they care about your health or well being. Of you don't have lots and lots of money or insurance or Medicaid the hippocrate oath doesn't apply to you in their book. They will treat you all nicely nice give you all kinds of medicine do all kinds of test and even give you month shots that you later find out you don't even need but let something happen to your insuran've etc. And guess what they don't care about you. And this is after being a patient of theirs and your whole family for years and years. Your making monthly payments but one day they shove a piece of paper to you demanding you sign it saying you pay lots and I mean lots more when your income is already stretched. Your health is bad you need your medicine but they don't care all they want is your signature on that paper and meeting their demands for more money. You tell them you will go up some on the payment but you can't go up to what they want but its not good enough for them. Instead of them working with you appeciateing you for being their patient for years and treating you with compassion they discard you like your nothing to them. Basically if you don't have lots of. Money or insurance they don't give a flip about you. Wish my family had never went there ever. I guess they have forgotten about all the money and insurance payments they have gotten from us over the years. When your really trying and you even say youll pay more if it isn't what they want. Well they say can't see you no more can't fill your medicine no more. Your just out of luck. Their basically saying go crawl in that corner and die. I been your docter for years but oh well you can't fork over a lot of money now like you have all the previous years. You'll just have to do without all your medicine. Don't come here no more. Your not rich you don't have all that insurance you had before that I can bill for shots you dont even need. Their basically telling you to get lost and I don't care if you live or die. Now ask yourself is this who you want to choose for your docter.

Completely and utterly incompetent. The worse dr I've ever had the unfortunate experience of seeing. Spent most of his time in my hospital room bragging about his little made up honorary sheriff's position than focusing on my medical issues. Then "forgot" to order the medications I normally take causing my blood pressure to spike. Never even listened to my lungs even though I was in the hospital for pneumonia. Told me, "I looked great." Ended up in CCU for respiratory failure.

This so called Dr. almost KILLED my grandfather!!!! My grandfather basically almost died from taking to much Coumadin and had to go to the ER where he almost bled to death. The one and only time I met this arrogant jerk, was the day he was discharged. He did NOT introduce himself to me, lied to my grandfather and made my family look bad, He is a jerk does not care about family or the patient, just about their money. He needs to be stopped.

Gave my mom the wrong medicine and almost killed her. Visits the hospital room for about 30 seconds and leaves. Has no plan. Stay away from this so called doctor who wears boots because he is short and tries to act like a big shot.

He is the worst doctor I have ever seen been here 4 days.... Still no answers I seen the nurses more then him... I ha ea baby aat home and he was supposed to release me in the am but he he was out of town.... Really so he didn't leave any information for the nurses... Or have another doctor let's me go... I'm so mad.. He comes in my room and I feel he wants to leave like no interested in anything... And his patients aren't number one.... Next time I'm going to Dr. Adams.... Thank god for the nurses they were amazing...

Seems more interested in other things, his empire, than treating patients. Overlooked important things. Not recommended.

Seems uninterested in my concerns. I have heard other friends not going back either.

Dr. Hughes is the worst doctor I have seen. I went seeking help with my anxioty. He put me on a med that completley drug me down. When I went back in and told him it was making me feel like crap and wasn't working he just upped my dose and told me to try a stonger dose. The third time I went back in I told it wasn't working for me and it was making me feel like a walking zombie. The jerk upped my dose again instead of trying something new. I went ahead and tried taking it again with a higher dose. Finally I just decided to THIS IS IT! NO MORE! I couldn't function and had a job to keep. So, I went to a new Dr. This new doctor is the Best!
