office and location needs alot of work. I like dr gish and yes it does seem like a factory-terrible facility layout, no handicap entrance to lobby-1/3 ot more patients in walkers, canes, oxygen tanks, I complain everytime, too small, and have to stand in line to check in. Staff was polite, clean areas, but he as a physican highly qualified and better than others I have seen. Time will tell, if treatment is effective and how rushed it gets. So far I would recommend because of past experiences elsewhere
Dude is running a factory, not a practice. Too busy to actually be a doctor.
Dr. Gish was unprofessional, uncaring, and a waste of time. I would not recommend this doctor. He cared more about being right than helping figure out how to help my pain.
Dr Gish is a kind individual, with a great bedside manner. I would recommend him to any one who is in need of a good doctor.
Staff was disorganized and rude. Two appointments to Lexington messed up both times.
He is the very best. He knows his patients, treats them as individuals who matter, takes plenty of time to talk with you, explains plans of treatments clearly and thoroughly, is very bright, and could not be better!
Superb treatment
My wife has been here a few times. Very disappointed in the medical treatment of my wife. They haven't provided any releive or treatments for her. No low dose pain releiver no injections no massage therapy. She has to wait two months before she goes back. She's in terrible pain everyday. This opiate crisis has doctors scared to prescribe anything. So many herion overdoses and suicides will be on your hands.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
