The office staff was very professional and courteous. The physician assistant was very professional and listened carefully about my medications and symptoms. She made me feel at ease. Dr Winters was very thorough and listened to all my concerns and asked questions about my past treatment and symptoms. I feel very good about the course of treatment he is recommending.

Never see him unless I get injections. He personally has never evaluated me. I find that strange. I had to ask for an X-ray. No PT suggested. Charged an exorbitant amount. No credentials really except MD

Really made me feel at ease. Didn’t hurt at all. Hopefully next procedure will go just as well.

Saw the guy the first time I went to the pain clinic three and a half years ago. My medication was cut by 2/3. Wasn't complaining I needed a specialist. three and a half years later I have not seen the guy since. I was told medical cannabis was acceptable in his treatment plan? Well three and a half years later after taking a urinalysis every two months at the very least. I'm told I'm going to be removed from my opioid medication. I'm told it's because his attorney advised him so? I don't care about that I'm not paying his attorney. This guy should not be practicing medicine. He made his money now he's getting out? Not without the lawsuit or seeing me face-to-face that's for sure. See you soon buddy..

Dr winters and his staff were absolutely delightful I am so grateful for them I'm finally getting help with the pain that I've suffered with for years he is a great doctor he takes time to listen and he has compassion

The first medication they sent to the pharmacy was going to $530.00 as my insurance wont cover pain medication, so after several calls with no replies I drove back to the office and told the staff my situation and was treated very rudely. They said they would talk to doctor and call me by the end of the day. I never heard from them, so I called the pharmacy and asked if anything was ready and they sent in something more expensive. Over $700.00 for a 30 day supply. They said they would work on getting it covered by insurance, but no one did. The office sent in incorrect/incomplete script to pharmacy for some short term medication to use in the meanwhile, so pharmacy refused to fill it. I called the office at noon and they said they would take care of it. Someone finally called me back at 4:27 saying it was fixed. Called pharmacy and they recieved nothing from the office. Then, I tried to call office back and no one would answer. Horrible patient care. Rude, lazy, untrustworthy staff. Disappointed. So, instead of the office doing their job. I had to get first script filled for over $500 out of pocket. Now, that being said I thought Dr. Winters was fair, listened and tried to offer me options on treatment. I felt a little rushed for my first appointment, but I understand it's a busy fast paced clinic.

I found Dr. Winter's to a great doctor. He worked worked with me for some time. I think he did everything he could for me because I am a complicated patient. My spine is a mess. Trying to rid me of pain is a hard job do to a failed back surgery years ago. He even got St. Jude involved to no avail. So, he will do all he can. I would still be going to home had I not moved. Great doctor, great team, great office. ??????

Very displeased with the care I received by this physician. From the very beginning everyone is treated as if you are a drug addict because of the opiod crisis, so patients with extreme back pain are denied the medications that they need. The office is very disorganized messages are never returned without a follow up phone call to them. I have been in pain for months as a result of the lack of compassion held by this physician.

This physician treats you with no compassion, let’s you live with debilitating pain, doesn’t return phone calls, and the office staff is less than competent.
