White House Clinics Mt. Vernon's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Patel is the best dentist myself and my children have ever had. She has this technic she does when pulling your tooth and I think she does it when numbing also. But, it really makes a difference in the amount of pain you experience. She's Awesome and I would recommend her to All.

I am upset. I call to make appointments for my kids and they tell me, even though my kids have been here several times since 2017, that because they did not see them since last year they have to treat my kids as new patience and at this time they are not taking new patience. I was shocked like Whitehouse is the only place my kids and I have ever gone. It is sad I have to find a new dentist.

I’ve been here 3 times. I’ve had 2 teeth pulled in those three visits. I was terrified but Dr. Patel was so kind and gentle. I felt absolutely nothing. I live almost an hour away with plenty of others dentists around but will continue to see her instead and recommend her services.

The one star is for the nice lady at the front desk, other than that, I went there to have my cavity’s fixed and after I left a few months ago I had more teeth hurting than I did before I went there, also a filling fell out of my front tooth, so now there’s a hole that’s been in my tooth for about 7 months not, honestly disappointed in this place and I will never be going back.

The doctor Onedita Helton-Peck is the best doctor I have ever gone to. She is kind and caring and does her job perfectly. I am not sure if I spelt her name correctly but she is a great doctor and she is good with children. Nice and clean interior and usually get seen quickly unless very busy. Even then being seen is quick. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I am a current patient here and I am completely satisfied with this place. I was actually worried about how I would be made feel since it had been years since I had been to a dentist, due to no dental insurance and not being able to afford paying cash to the local dentists in my town. I have been here twice so far and not once have I felt judged or looked down on. The staff is very nice and respectful from the front office to the dental chair in the back. Dr. Patel is the absolute best at extractions, explaining everything needing done, listening to me, and answering my questions. I would and have recommended this place to friends.

They are always helpful and professional.

Great service, its a wait but worth it

Tried to make an appointment for my granddaughter and since she has not been there in three years they would not let her make an appointment they told me she needed to go to her family doctor another one of my ground granddaughters tried to make an appointment for the dentist And the receptionist told her she needed to go to the ER we never heard of such going to the ER for a dentist appointment

My name is Randall Southerland I'm leaving this review on my son's phone because I don't have a way to. I had the worst experience of my life at this place. Dr Patel tried for 2 hrs to numb me sticking me with a needle over 2 dozen times. The dentist I ended up seeing the next day even said he couldn't understand why she couldn't had such a problem. Dr Alderdice in Somerset had no problem numbing me or pulling my tooth. I have never felt the need to leave a review on someone or a business but this place is so incompetent and unprofessional people need to know.
