Listen I have horrible Anxiety!!! I hot flash, get dizzy, and almost pass out. Abby and her staff was truly amazing!! So much so that I just got home and had to share my opinion. She let me cry and everything because I was so scared. Abby was the best OBGYN I have ever seen in my life, I couldn't wait to book another visit with her and her staff. Thank y'all so much for helping me through today and answering all my questions. I definitely see us going places together and really getting my health under control. I've never had a doctor actually sit back and listen to my concerns about MY OWN body, but Abby does. She listens and conquerors by addressing the issue. I am truly grateful and will never be able to repay the respect she has shown me. Legitimately the best 1st impression ever.

I told her I need to fix my reoccurring yeast infection problem, she agreed that we will come up with a solution tomorrow. They messaged me and ended up saying "just come back next time you have a yeast infection". I can't, I'm leaving the country in 2 weeks, I couldn't afford this appointment to begin with but needed it so I could finally solve this problem. I told them that and they've ignored my messages and pleas for help for 24 hours now, even though they read it yesterday. Not only did the appointment itself cost me $168, but now after being ignored and not helped at all, I've been sent a bogus bill for who knows what? $158. I'm out $300+ for absolutely nothing. Never, ever go to this doctor or St E.

Does not seem to care.. pushed me for surgery in the midst of a panic attack with no explanation of why and no signs of distress. Felt like she thought it was just “taking too long” for her. Did not feel she was honest and definitely do not trust her.

Delivered 2 of my babies and also did a total hysterectomy. I couldn’t trust her more.

Dr. Loftus delivered my son in 2020. She is who I see every visit now for my current pregnancy. She is very patient, and understanding. Answers all my questions and concerns completely and makes sure I understand what she’s explaining. Very personable. Overall an amazing doctor.
