List of Noah Allen's Reviews
Dr. Allen and his team did a great job extracting my large kidney stone. He answered all my questions prior to the surgery. I came out of the procedure nicely and recovered within days. Thank you again for your excellent service.
He came off as the coldest, most uncaring doctor I've ever seen. When I finally was able to see him, he seemed visibly irritated anytime I asked him a question. He probably spent 3 minutes with me. He ordered a test, and his resulting treatment was "let's wait and see what happens", even though I was and still am very affected by this pain. I came back a month later with the exact same problem, and he gave me the exact same "treatment". I'm sure he's a very good and knowledgeable doctor, but his bedside manner is borderline sociopathic.
My dad had Dr. Allen as his primary kidney doctor. Dr. Allen would often send him to another associate in his group or to radiology. My dad was brushed aside and would have lost his (healthy) kidney had we not gotten a second opinion. I did not find him as knowledgeable as I would have liked for a specialist.
Once I finally got in to see the doctor I saw him for maybe two minutes and when I asked if I had questions I started asking questions as he stood up and walked out the door answering questions walking down the hallway never felt so betrayed by a doctor in my life. Wish I had checked him out online about other peoples experiences with him and not waste of my time. Found a different doctor. And was very happy that he spent time with me and answered my questions. This doctor put me off of the hole Saint Elizabeth system I will never go back
Had a procedure done and he was literally in there for 5 mins. Didn't explain what he was looking at while doing the procedure. Also didn't solve the problem of why I initially came there for, just threw medicine at it and told me to follow up in 6 months with his NP. If you need a Urologist, I would recommend someone that's actually going to care about your issue and spend more then just 5 mins with you.
I called to get an appointment with him this morning. Was told he had no openings. He preformed emergency surgery on me the 26 of June, went in the 9th of July removed that stunt and put in another one. My son informed me this was done due to damage in my ureter where it goes into my kidney. I have no memory of seeing him prior to my first surgery, did see him for a very short amount time before the second one ( he was at the end of my bed as I was getting questions from many people at the same time). I can not believe that a MD can not make the time to talk to a patient that he has done two procedures/surgeries on, that is due another one in 23 days.
Dr Allen was kind, answered my questions, calmed my concerns. His staff was friendly and efficient.
First visit asked about treatment options. Advised to google a d let him know what we wanted to do.
Very nice Doctor and a great team of nurses. Would highly recommend.
Worst communication on the planet. I have been waiting five months for a prescription to get approved through his office, and you've got to call repeatedly to get any information. They say they'll call you. They won't. Useless.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
