I just want to share much gratitude I have for Dr. McBride and his staff. My 85 year old grandmother is a patient of his and was recently hospitalized due to non-related issues. She insisted that I contact Dr. McBride to request services that she stated was more convienent for her to receive there at hospital, since she lives quite a distance from the city. Of course I did what she had asked, but expected nothing more than to just be able to set her up an appointment with the desk clerk. But that was not at all the response we received. The staffs concern and willingness to proceed in getting the memo to the doctors gave me a comfort of knowing she is under good care with them. But I was even more surprised when I received a call back from one of the doctors personally. I listened the voice of an honest, caring and overall sincere doctor from the team, assuring me that they were very pleased to be able to conduct their services for my grandmother during her stay at the hospital. I was absolutely in awe , and still am!! Just the compassion and the engagement they all expressed!! Even though her discharge came sooner than planned that day, I still felt so much comfort , knowing that my grandmother, who has spent her entire life loving and caring for other people, has the security she deserves from people with hearts as big as hers. Thank you so much! I will always remember Dr. McBride and his awesome team!

He's arrogant and doesn't seem to care or listen to patients issues. After several months of treatment to fix a compound fracture and 2 surgeries with him, both which were unsuccessful, went out of town to have 3rd surgery and finally I am healing

I would highly recommend Dr McBride! He fused lumber 4/5. Repaired tennis elbow. Fused both ankles. Replaced both knees at the same time. All we’re 100% satisfactory.I once told him if I needed brain surgery, I wanted him for the surgeon. He said that I should rethink that. I’m sorry he left the Springfield, MO area.

Absolutely wonderful doctor. He explained everything to me and what to expect with my total knee replacement. I would not go to any other orthopedic surgeon

I wouldn't recommend him. Very unprofessional and had ZERO ANSWERS In other words , just live with your excruciating pain! Not the answer anyone wants to hear.
