Down to Earth and not arrogant like most other physicians. Sits down with you and actually listens to your concerns without treating you like a number. I truly believe a lot of other doctors could learn a lot from him in terms of finding a balance between being knowledgeable and humble. There’s a reason why he’s difficult to get into.
