Husband saw him several times. First time wasn't great, he seemed to be having an off day because he seemed nicer on follow ups. Was disappointed that he didn't come out to update on my husband post-surgery. That left us with questions. But overall, he seems like a decent guy. Office staff could have been better though. Every time he went he was asked automatically for a urine sample. It turned out he wasn't supposed to have them-unnecessary to his condition. But we had to pay for them anyway!

Dr. Johnson preformed surgery on our 8 yr old grandson and he was the kindest, most considerate, doctor we have been around for a long time. He was never in a hurry and no one else would preform this surgery for us. He has a wonderful bedside manner and he listens to you. He's the best. The world needs more like him.

Amazing doctor. Took time, explained things. Did a complicated surgery according to the internet was done at top centers with an amazing outcome. A friend who is a rep told me he is the only urologist in KY to go to.

Dr. Johnson is the best urologist I’ve ever had, I have Cystinuria and even at my young age it took going through several urologist before I found one that was willing to listen to me as a patient, especially one who experiences chronic pain, and furthers his own learning and understanding just to be an amazing doctor and make sure I receive the best care. I honestly plan on moving soon and will travel whatever distance just to keep him as my urologist. If your looking for a urologist who has great bed side manner, listens to your concerns, believes that patients know their body best, and chooses to never stop learning, you found the one. Thank you Dr. Corey Johnson.

So impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to explain procedures, etc. He's excellent at making complex issues seem simple. Never acts as if he is rushed or that our questions are a bother. Always seems as if he cares.

Dr. Johnson is the only urologist I’ve been seen by, that listens to my concerns as a chronic pain patient, that investigates anything if he doesn’t know the info of the top of his head, when I am inpatient he checks on me frequently and resolved any issues I experience, he’s willing to further his knowledge to better understand each case, and all around has made my disease (Cystinuria) much easier to deal with.
