I called and asked if they were accepting new patients when I moved back to town. This should be a simple yes or no. Instead they ask a series of questions and decide if your answers meet their expectations. They call back in a couple of days, lie and say the doctors panel is full. I’m pretty sure if that was true, they didn’t need to me to answer any questions. I guess only certain kids health is important, but not all.

She was very condescending. Sometimes she wouldn't answer questions at all or would give very vague answers like she thought it was a waste of her time to explain things. I felt like when an issue would come up, she wanted to be the one in control and would brush aside any of my thoughts or comments. It got to the point where I dreaded appointments so much, that I switched Pediatricians and I have been happy ever since.
