I’m an older guy used to the care of Dr. Hofer. After his retirement, Dr. Condon (then Dr. Smith) took over. She was much younger, about my daughter’s age, so I was a little trepidatious regarding her experience. As an older male patient, I was more embarrassed during our first meeting than I let on … but I found her to be quite knowledgeable and, more importantly, skilled at making me feel comfortable. Since then, she has remembered who I am each visit and has established a genuine care for me and my well-being. This is the true measure of a great physician. I look forward to our annual visits, not only because they are productive, but also because I can now consider her a friend.

Dr Condon, is a great family doctor. Very concerned about her patients. To the point and takes time to listen. I always feel welcomed by her and the staff. She is a real asset to Owensboro Health.

I absolutely adore Dr. Smith. She really listens and is geniuly concerned for my needs. Best staff experience ever!!! Excluding nurse Carla. She is EXTREMLY rude on the phone if you don't understand something. This has been on SEVERE occasions! "KAREN"

Dr. Smith is a wonderful doctor. She takes time with her patients, and really cares. Her nursing staff is also very caring.

I am sorry I had to find another doctor as Dr. Smith became too busy to schedule me in. Dr. Hofer was NEVER too busy to see me. I went many months without an appointment even after turning 65 and losing several pounds and having covid. I could never get in to see her, once I was able to see a nurse practitioner and someone in training, and then I felt like I was not taken seriously. Sad when you lose a good caring doctor.

Took me off medication that really helped me at first appointment. First time meeting me. Took 20 years to get on the correct medicine. One appointment to get off of it.

My wife was a new patient and on 1 st visit arrived at the medical Bldg 20 minutes early for 10 am appt. and she went to wrong door was referred to another wrong door finally found correct office and walked into reception area 10 minutes late. Waited for receptionist to get off phone then told her about our 30 minute ordeal finding thr right office and she called dr office and then said we had to reschedule because Dr Smith had to be somewhere at 11 am. I said guess it ok for us to wait 30 minutes for dr. But 10 min late cancels us ,then the receptionist snarky said it’s 20 minutes after 10 now. I said we would be finding another doctor
