I paid for a procedure and when I did not get insurance approval. I asked for a refund for the money I paid out of pocket for. Was told I had to wait for approval and could take up to 2 months! How is there any approval needed? My money no procedure done! Shady!

Dr Kittinger performed surgery on my face. Bad outcome. Dr Kittinger being a professional should have known the outcome would be bad. She should have advised against it. Bad decision to trust her. Now I have to live with a messed up face and the anxiety of looking at it everyday. If I had to descibe in one word my Dr Kittinger experience it would be.......CRUEL!!

Dr. Janae Kittinger messed up my face. I have to live with the BAD OUTCOME everyday. Having my face messed up has caused me so much anxiety everyday. I could not say more positive things about my experience with Dr. Kittinger. She performed my surgery and I am thrilled with the outcome. She has wonderful bedside manner and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I also had excellent after-care as well and was encouraged to reach out between appts if I had any questions or concerns. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon. And I will definitely return for future care.

I was so grateful to have Dr. Janae Kittinger on my surgery team. We are richly fortunate to have her locally and not have to travel to neighboring cities for appointments and surgery. I found her and her team very professional yet warm and friendly. I felt safe in her care and have had a positive outcome. I would highly recommend her.

Janae Kittinger and staff did a amazing job on my surgery and my follow up appointments I’ve been so pleased with them such nice caring people they made my whole experience less stressful they explained everything they listen to you I recommend them and the anesthesia team were awesome!!!!
