If I could leave zero stars, I would. This doctor is rude, unprofessional, treats her patients like they are crazy and literally tells them they are “incapable of understanding” and refuses to refill medications that are dangerous to stop suddenly as punishment because the patient asked questions. I am shocked that a doctor could be this uncaring, cold, and unfeeling.

The office staff is awful in the way that they speak to people. You would think they would be a little more professional, considering they are a doctors office. Please train your staff to be more courteous! Also, when you notice that you “aren’t going to see a patient”, please notify them ahead of time instead of waiting a month or two.

I started seeing Dr. McCormack a couple years ago when she was in Bloomington. I think she’s such a great physician that I kept her as my neurologist when she moved back to Owensboro! She’s very proactive, communicative, and personable with her practice. Great neurologist!

I have been seeing Dr. McCormack for about a year now and I do really like her and her staff. They are always prompt and Dr. McCormack really does know her stuff. I have been migraine free for 4 months now.

My husband got referred to see this Dr. and they refused to scheduled him because he previously had a doctor in Henderson and wanted to switch because It was more convenient to drive to Owensboro instead of the distance to Henderson.
