She done my ablation and was amazing! She was very confident in her expertise and it showed. I have no complaints about what she did for me and eternally grateful to have part of my life back from years of suffering with heavy periods. Highly qualified!!!!

I received horrible care from Dr. Smith in August of this year at union health in Terra Haute. I was alone since I was traveling for work and it became clear that I was starting to miscarry and nearly 12 weeks. I sought out care at the OB ER at Union Health and was seen by Dr. Smith. Within seconds of her entering the room, she told me that she sees a lot of women that are "whigging out over 1st trimester ...

The absolute worst experience at an OBs office I've ever had. Very judgemental and the nurse kept trying to force me to say I had thoughts of harming myself and others, when I clearly stated over and over I did not! Cancelled my appt without giving me any notice because I decided to walk out of their office. I'm not sure what the ranting and raving is about this office. The nurse is an absolute joke of a nurse as well as human being! She chose the wrong profession to not have compassion and try to force someone to say they are having terrible thoughts and then force them to stay in the office! Change your career girl!

I have used Dr. Smith for years. She is very straight forward and no nonsense. She is great.

I waited 3 months to see Dr. Smith and had to leave work early to accommodate my scheduled appointment. Only to get to the office began paper work and they tell me they don’t accept my secondary insurance so I can’t be seen, despite my primary being excepted! They could have explained this before making me wait this long only to not be seen when I could’ve went to another Physician. They are not as professional as they should be!

Horrible experience! She was so rude to me! Didn’t want to explain anything or offer any help! Gave me a speech about how the mask I’m wearing wasn’t helping any viruses and how she don’t wear them then said basically lose weight when I asked some option to help what kind of diet etc she shrugged her shoulders didn’t give any details and walked away. She didn’t have a bit of care and was so rushed! She said my previous miscarriage was probably because of my age 34 and my weight (size 18 yes I want to lose weight) and that’s about it she was hateful.

This office completely gave me the run around when I was needing immediate care. Nobody is on the same page. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life! Beware!

I would have gave her a zero if I could. I was seeing her because I was pregnant. Not once did she state I was subject for a misscariage until the baby's heartbeat stopped then she stated she would have been surprised if the baby made it.... really you cold hearted thing. If you would have shared this with us we would have been more prepared and wouldn't have told everyone. Then she wanted to do a d&c. So I took her advice and scheduled it. At 3 am before the procedure I miscariage at home. I called the surgery center to let then know i would not be coming. They canceled me, but stated they can't get ahold of dr. Smith and I needed to call the office to speak to the answering service. I called but they do not have an answering service. You have to wait till There in or go to the er. I was going to call the office when they opened. But I lost a lot of blood and needed rest. I woke up to the office calling me rudely. I let them know what happened and the nurse said she would call me with a follow up after speaking to dr. Smith. I never got a return call. Then I received a letter she has cancelled me as a patient. Proves to me she's all about money not the patients well being. Smh.
