Me and my bf have him as our baby's doctor and the receptionist is so disrespectful and I believe she shouldn't be around anyone who's carrying. All she does is talk back and disrespects you. I went in last week and she told us we had a payment and never once called to tell me my insurance was no longer active. She told us it would cost 85 and reschedule til this week but when we showed up she tried charging us 140. I wouldn't recommend going to their office. The waits are long and drug out 40 minutes to an hour into your appointment. All they want is money and to waste your time.

I absolutely LOVE going to the doctor. Lydia is the nicest most compassionate woman I have ever met. Dr. Good is a matter of fact, but compassionate doctor as well.

my sister went here for several years for her ob care. the best ob we have found so far. and the friendliest office staff. they really know how to put a person at ease. and they genuinely care about their patients.

Long wait times, no in office labs or ultrasounds equipment. Rudest, most unprofessional receptionist I have ever encountered. Stressful environment to say the least. I cannot believe this place is still part of the maternity experience!

me and my husband showed up at 1050am to my appointment that was at 11am. And then we didnt even get call til 1150am. An hour after my time and my husband was very nice and asked the lady which was the doctors wife if he was gonna be on time when i go into labor and she said ask him so my husband said ok i will and then she threw both of us out of the office and said i dont like how u said that find a different doctor and kicked me out as a patient because we wanted to know a answer to a question he asked nicely. Im 34 weeks and 2 days and i genalstional diabetes.

Dr good is one of the best doctors ive ever had he delivered all three of my babies and he did a wonderful job his staff is so sweet and lydia his wife that is always at the check out desk is one of the nicest people ive ever met i adore their office and wouldnt choose any other office over them
