List of Shirish Patel's Reviews
Completely rude and unhelpful. Since testing was “normal” he said there was no reason for my father to be in pain and that he could “just scream, cry, and roll around” and he wasn’t doing anything else for him.
He ignores your almeint complaints . You end up going somewhere else to get treatment the day after being in his office . He does not want to referee you out to specialists . He does not keep your recorders up to date . You get the impression he doesn't care or take seriously until you end up in the ER and the other doctor finds something he has missed . Then he act acts like a jerk about it . Stay away !!!!
My son and I both go to Dr Patel. I have many chronic illnesses and whenever I have an usual symptom he knows immediately what is wrong and after testing...he turns out to be correct. I have complained about these symptoms to other docs and they had no clue what was wrong. He also has always erred on the side of being overly cautious with us both. He wants to see me every three to six months whether im having problems or not. So....the reviews that make it seem like he doesnt stay on top of things is not sosomething ive encountered at all!
Ignores patient complaints of ailments. He ignored my symptoms for over a year. I went to another doctor and was found to have a serious problem that required surgery. The problem would have been much worse if I hadn't changed doctors.
For the last three years, this doctor has given my aunt and uncle their physicals. They never even had to take off their coats. He checked my aunt's pulse in her ankle through 3 pair of wool socks and said she sounded fine. My uncle has had his prostate removed and has not been checked since the surgery. They have had to wait in the waiting room until a birthday party was completed before the staff ever called them back to a room or acknowledged them at all. Last year was the last physical he will be giving them as they are switching doctors which they probably should have done a long time ago. After my uncle's stroke, Patel would walk in his room and say "looking good today" and patted him on the hand, smiled at everyone in the room and left.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
