This review is for the admin and nursing staff. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and never have made a positive experience. Every time I have an appointment with the doctor - something is wrong, always a headache. They are careless with calling in prescriptions, schedule incorrect appointments and are unknowledgeable with when certain appointments should take place. They also discuss patients information and talk poorly about callers to one another so the reception area can overhear.

I'll start off by saying I have always loved Rashidian and have never seen such a skilled physician in the OR. However, with that being said, her office staff are an entirely different story. I've never felt less cared for, less communication, and less incompetence from staff before. If you can't remember your patient's health history or medications they're taking and the fact they're high risk, maybe a reduction in patients is necessary. At 28 weeks we were having such a hard time trusting the office and care we switched providers. Now we are going through extra testing due to the preventative care that should have been given but wasn't that is causing issues for our little one. I can't believe I would ever say this but unless you have a healthy perfect pregnancy, go somewhere else.

Rashidian is literally amazing! I just recently switched because of problems with another doctor & as soon as she walked into my room my first appointment I felt so cared for & welcomed. She’s always smiling & in the best spirit. Absolutely love her!!

Dr. Rashidian is always kind and professional. She seems to really care about her patients and their best interest. She cared for me throughout my pregnancy, and during delivery was my hero. She made sure my baby and I were kept healthy and safe! She is really just the best, I can’t say enough good things!
