ZERO STARSBehavioral Health Group is one of the lousiest excuses for “replacement therapy”My mother had been going here for over FOUR YEARS.Communication amongst staff is poor.Doctor and patient relations, poor.Overall care of a clients well-being, POOR.My mother developed nearly detrimental side effects from the methadone prescribed by this clinic. Did anyone there listen to her concerns about her health? NO.Did anyone take her plea of weaning off the methadone? NO.You are treated like a child and reprimanded to the point of embarrassment.My mom also had ALL her teeth pulled and dentures put in. They treated her like a criminal because she was put to sleep for this procedure. They expected her to come in the next day for her dosage of medicine. So I called to communicate that she would not make it due to being in the recovery process. They acted appalled and said they would let the nursing staff know she wouldn’t make it in. A couple of days later, after healing she stopped by the clinic for her dose. The staff were absolutely shocked that she didn’t come in the day before. Sounds like excellent communication!Dr. Tinsley is the ring leader of this circus.This place sadly only cares about finances.Safe yourself the time and hassle.If you or your loved one is serious about changing life, this is NOT the place.

Omg this place is great! The first visit is a little lengthy but it is well worth the wait, and you leave feeling much better. I have recommend this place to several people.

They helped me get off of drugs. Now I've got custody of my kids and I've stayed off drugs for 4 years now. Saved my life and my marriage.

It's a good place. Social worker obviously proud to let u know cofidentiality can be breached and shared with the feds Local law enforcement and the DEA. In retrospect, it's understandable.We are Adults dealing with some very important issues Life...Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.If BHG can't help you keep trying,. It's the BEST this area of KY has, especially families.

This place has saved my life. I don't like having to wait a long time to get dosed either but if i wasn't going there i would be out searching for something. That's the way i have to look at it.

My Husband went for help coming off his pain meds. It took forever like 4 hours to get everything done but all the staff was super nice. And Doctor was nice answered all his questions and made sure he was comfortable with the Suboxone. If you need help I would recommend them as in anything always gonna be someone say they are horrible.If you need help give them a chance the wait is worth the benefit.
