Dr. Taylor and staff are very nice and thorough. Dr. Came highly recommended by my local optometrist.
Dr. Taylor has been my eye doctor for many years. He has always been interested in what I have to say. He throughly answer any questions I have. He also isn’t afraid to send you to a specialist. Which he did for me. He then followed up to check on me after that surgery. I recommend him highly!!
Very pleased and his associates cover every area that could be a problem.
He is excellent. Explains everything. Have had the first surgery. Everything good. The nurses that assisted him are fantastic. Having other eye done in a few days. Can’t wait to have 2 good eyes. Have worn glasses or contacts since I was 8 yrs old. I am now 72 and not wearing either. Had cataracts in both eyes. My left eye that has had surgery and implant is good enough that I can see. I would recommend him to anyone all day long. Yeah
You better be prepared to wait 2 hours or more past appointment time to see this doctor... If he screws up and gives you the wrong meds you will not be able to get his office to return your calls when you try to see what to do next.... This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever visited....
Be prepared to wait two hours or more to see this doctor after your scheduled appointment time. If he screws up and gives you the wrong prescription meds you will have to find someone else to help you through the problem, he does not return all calls......
I am so tired of driving 30 miles to their office to have to sit and wait, and wait and wait and wait and wait. Today was the last straw for me. Not only was I past my appointment time by 50 minutes but they were calling others ahead of me who had arrived after me. It made me wish I had kept my original appointment time when they called at 4:55pm the night before asking me to change it. I don't care if there aren't enough service providers in Paducah. They need to quit overbooking appointments and disrespecting their patients. Dr. Taylor is nice enough but no one should be left sitting for an appointment as long as you do there its just unprofessional

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
